Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Warmscript (the “Service”), operated by [Legal entity name], you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Warmscript is

Warmscript is an assistive tool that helps you draft LinkedIn messages, replies, and comments in your own voice, and manage follow-ups. It generates suggestions that you review; it never sends anything on its own. You decide what to send and press send yourself.

3. Eligibility & your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
• Provide accurate account information and keep your password and device tokens secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly at hello@warmscript.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Warmscript to:

• Send spam, bulk, or deceptive messages, or harass, abuse, or mislead anyone.
• Automate mass outreach or bypass the requirement that you review and send each message.
• Violate any law, third-party rights, or the terms of any platform you use it with.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the Service, or interfere with its security or operation.
• Impersonate others or generate unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory content.

5. Your content and your sending

You are solely responsible for every message, reply, and comment you send, including drafts you generate with Warmscript and edit or send. Because you review and send each one, the final content and its consequences are yours. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service.

6. LinkedIn and other platforms

Warmscript is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn and other platforms have their own terms — including rules about automation and data use — and you are responsible for complying with them when you use Warmscript. We may limit or discontinue functionality to respect a platform’s terms.

7. AI-generated content

Drafts are produced by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. They are suggestions, not advice. Always read a draft before sending — do not rely on it without your own judgment. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, response, or result.

8. Fees

Warmscript is currently free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will give notice and you can choose whether to continue on a paid plan.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Warmscript and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that drafts will be accurate or effective.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warmscript and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Warmscript and its operators harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights or platform terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction, e.g. State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of [venue], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
